Samsara Nutrition has officially launched a new line of protein bars inspired by South Asian flavors, offering a different approach in a category traditionally dominated by chocolate, cookie dough, and dessert-style profiles.
The initial lineup includes three flavors: Golden Mango, Masala Peanut, and Spiced Chai. Rather than adapting existing protein bar trends, the company built the collection around flavors commonly found throughout South Asian cuisine and culture.
Each bar contains 15 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber, with the company positioning the products as a more culturally representative alternative to conventional protein snacks. The bars are made with ingredients such as nuts, seeds, and spices that align with the flavor themes of each variety.
Golden Mango delivers a tropical fruit-forward profile inspired by one of South Asia’s most beloved fruits. Masala Peanut combines roasted peanut flavors with a blend of warming spices, while Spiced Chai is inspired by traditional chai tea flavors featuring ingredients such as cinnamon and cardamom.
The launch is available through Samsara Nutrition’s direct-to-consumer platform as the company enters the growing functional snack category with a flavor profile that differs significantly from the industry's typical offerings.
