What's Happening

RYSE has expanded its licensed Fuel Energy Drink lineup with Airheads White Mystery. The zero-sugar drink is sold in 16-ounce cans and is listed by both RYSE and The Vitamin Shoppe in 12-packs for $29.99.

The flavor uses the standard Fuel formula: 200 milligrams of natural caffeine, 250 milligrams of Cognizin citicoline and 100 milligrams of L-theanine. The Airheads collaboration adds a recognizable candy profile without changing the functional ingredients.

Why It Matters

White Mystery gives RYSE a flavor people already know but cannot define by a single fruit. That built-in curiosity can lower the cost of explaining a new product and encourage trial from Airheads fans as well as existing energy drink buyers.

This is a packaging and flavor story, not a formula upgrade. The 200-milligram caffeine dose also places it firmly in adult energy drinks.

Bigger Picture

Candy licensing has become a common way for energy brands to stand out in a crowded cooler. Recognizable intellectual property can create quick awareness and social content, while the core formula stays consistent across flavors.

The tradeoff is dependence on borrowed nostalgia. A licensed launch can win initial attention, but repeat sales still depend on taste and whether buyers return after the novelty fades. For RYSE, Airheads White Mystery extends an existing strategy rather than opening a new product category.
