What’s Happening

RAW Nutrition has officially expanded into Sam’s Club with a new Milk & Cookies flavor of its Grass-Fed Whey Isolate Protein, giving the warehouse retailer an exclusive addition to the brand’s protein lineup.

Milk & Cookies combines a creamy milk-inspired base with real chocolate chip cookie pieces blended throughout the powder. The Sam’s Club tub contains 1.56 pounds of protein powder with 20 servings, providing a larger warehouse-focused format for the exclusive release.

Each scoop delivers 25 grams of protein from 100% grass-fed, micro-filtered whey protein isolate. The flavor also provides 140 calories and 4 grams of carbohydrates per serving and is naturally sweetened with stevia with zero artificial sweeteners. The product is also Informed Protein tested for banned substances.

Sam’s Club currently lists the Milk & Cookies tub at $29.98, although pricing can vary between online and individual club locations. The retailer offers the product through shipping, pickup, and delivery depending on location and availability.

The exclusive launch gives RAW another major warehouse retail placement while introducing a flavor specifically designed around the familiar cookies-and-milk combination rather than simply bringing an existing SKU into a larger package.

Why It Matters

Sam’s Club gives RAW access to a much broader group of consumers than the specialty supplement channel where performance nutrition brands traditionally built their businesses. The combination of a retailer-exclusive flavor and warehouse pricing can also encourage trial from shoppers who may be less familiar with RAW but already purchase protein as part of their regular grocery trips.

The 25-gram protein serving and grass-fed whey isolate positioning allow RAW to retain the performance-focused identity of its protein line while competing in a mainstream retail environment. Real cookie pieces also give the product a stronger flavor and texture proposition in a category where brands increasingly need more than macros alone to stand out.

Bigger Picture

Warehouse clubs are becoming increasingly important for sports nutrition as protein powders, shakes, bars, and functional foods move into everyday grocery shopping. Brands that once depended heavily on supplement stores and direct-to-consumer sales now have opportunities to reach large audiences through value-oriented formats at retailers like Sam’s Club.

Retail-exclusive flavors add another layer to that strategy. Instead of offering shoppers the same products available everywhere else, brands can use unique flavors to make major retail launches feel more significant while giving the retailer something differentiated for its members. RAW’s Milk & Cookies release brings those two strategies together with exclusive flavor innovation and a major warehouse placement.
