Five Guys has added Myprotein's Vanilla Impact Whey Isolate as an optional milkshake mix-in at 10 restaurants in the United Kingdom. Myprotein says the powder can be added to any shake, while Five Guys lists a 6-gram scoop for a Little Shake and a 12-gram scoop for a regular Shake.
The smaller scoop adds 27 calories and the larger adds 54 calories. The test is available at Cheshunt, King's Cross, Park Royal, Piccadilly Circus, South Kensington, Tower Bridge, Milton Keynes, Romford, Stoke-on-Trent and Trafford Centre. Five Guys says the protein powder costs extra but does not list the price in its FAQ.
Why It Matters
The move gives Myprotein distribution inside a mainstream restaurant rather than the supplement aisle. It also lets Five Guys test functional customization without changing its shake base or launching a separate high-protein menu.
The distinction matters: this is an add-on to an indulgent milkshake, not a reformulated recovery drink. The additional protein may make the order more useful for some customers, but the rest of the shake and any other mix-ins remain unchanged.

For Myprotein, the partnership puts the brand in front of customers who may not shop for supplements. For Five Guys, the 10-location test offers a low-risk way to see whether that demand translates at the counter.
No rollout beyond the listed UK restaurants has been announced. Whether the option expands will likely depend on attach rate, repeat orders and whether customers see enough value in paying extra for the scoop.
