FITNESS FACTS
Fitness Fact of the Week — A 20-year study followed 2,315 Finnish men and revealed that using a sauna 4-7 times per week had a 40% lower risk of death compared to those who used saunas once weekly. Even moderate use (2-3 times per week) showed a 24% reduction in mortality, suggesting that regular sauna bathing may be as powerful as exercise for extending life.
