Peloton Bikes are nothing new, but the Bike+ takes the excellent “spin class at home” setup that put the company on the map and makes it much more of an all-body workout.
New with the Bike+ is the option to spin the 23.8-inch screen around to allow you to follow lessons for exercises other than cycling, including strength training classes (it even includes some small dumbbells, too).
Cycling hasn’t been left out, though – new to the Bike+ is the option to set the resistance to auto-adjust based on your instructor. It’s a great way to challenge yourself, while still offering the option to fall back to manual adjustment if the going gets tough.

If you’ve ever used a pre-workout mix before hitting the gym, you’re likely well aware that they don’t taste the best, and even the ones that aren’t as bad can leave a powdery aftertaste that’s tough to shake.
Though not technically a “tech” product, GLOW has developed a gluten-free, vegan alternative that contains electrolytes, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and more – all of which are equally as important as fitness trackers and at-home workout equipment.
This new pre-workout isn’t going to give the same face-melting power of a dedicated pre-workout, but it’s likely a lot better for you in the long term. It’s available in a variety of flavors, with less than 15 calories per bottle.

The Apple Watch lineup has long been at a cross-section of fitness trackers and all-purpose gadgets, with a variety of functions to keep you healthy, but also plenty for tech enthusiasts to prod and poke.
The Apple Watch Ultra takes a big step in the former category, though, with a new rugged design that’s intended to be worn by ultra-marathon runners, mountain climbers, and anyone else that’s able to push their bodies (and their tech) to new limits.
To do this, it offers vastly improved battery life, a new action button for triggering common functions like switching exercises during a triathlon, and a siren that can be heard at a distance to alert emergency services. It also has a new temperature sensor to track ovulation, too, as well as automatic crash detection otherwise found in the Apple Watch Series 8.

From watches and suits to something a little more subtle, the Oura Ring Gen3 aims to track as many of your body’s measurements and rhythms as it can from, as the name suggests, a smart ring.
This water-resistant fitness tracker can track your heart rate more accurately than wrist-based fitness trackers, and despite its small size still offers seven days of battery life – with a full charge in 20 - 80 minutes.
If you’re looking to track your activity, recovery, sleep, temperature, and even stress, this is arguably the most elegant way to do it.
